Tiger, Mail and Automator v1.0.5 (88.2)

I am trying to write a very simple Automator script to open Mail and then close Mail at specified times, probably by using iCal's alarms - my idea is to have two "one line" Automator applications, one to do the opening and one to do the quitting.

I can find an action of "Launch Application" through which I can then select Mail as the application but for the life of me I cannot find any command such as Quit Application, Quit Mail or, indeed, anything that looks as if it will close Mail!

No doubt I shall look completely stupid when the patently obvious answer is pointed out to me, but at the risk of hoots of derision and ridicule ...

... how can I Quit Mail via an Automator action?

I'm running a very old eMac under macOSX.4.11 and have Automator v1.0.5 (88.2)

Many thanks.
