This doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with Auto-naming folders, the
message to which you replied. Why didn't you send your own email/question
with its own subject, instead of replying?

I don't believe you can do what you want with Address Book (Contacts) and
Mail. You can if you have (or purchase) Microsoft Office. Word can do a Mail
Merge exactly as you wish, if you import your Address Book contacts into
Outlook (Office 2011) or Entourage (Office 2008). Then you can do a mail
merge to letters (Christmas cards) and/or envelopes, or to email.

There are probably other apps that can do the same using Address Book
(Contacts) as well.
