Thank you for this, Bryan,
but it seems that if you have to click to cancel….. that kind of defeats to purpose of automation.
So it is a work-around if you are sitting in front of the screen when the workflow invokes the folder action.
It appears to be a bug that is giving me fits. The machines I have using the rename files action in are not local and not normally attended.
