Pass input variable to shell script

If I enter the following shell command in terminal, the Zultys phone will dial the number at the end of the command.
/Applications/Zultys/mxie.app/Contents/MacOS/mxie cmd=call=5555555555

I want to hilite a phone number in any application and right click to access the Automator service and pass the hilited number to the shell script.

What would be the syntax in Automator for this.
