Hello,

It is my premiere here.

I would like to ask for advice. I managed the task I need somehow but not the way i would like. I am on 10.6.8.
I was Googling a lot but nothing fit perfectly.

Task is create copy of folder with images scaled to max HD resolution to another drive /Time Capsule/ a scale them to max HD resolution.

But first solution require to create folder a to give it name. Result was thet in created foder was created copy of processed folder. And it can not be processed on more then one folder.

Second copy original folder to TC and them scale them. It is better but more computing/time intensive.

And one issue is that I have not found solution is that Automator allows me only set width of image. I would prefer set height 1080.

So question is.
Is it possible to create copy of folder on Capsule and scale pictures before they are copied there so I would be able to skip copying big original files there? Without AppleScript that I do not know much.
For viewing by family on PCs/phones is not needed more then HD resolution.

Thanks a lot

Frantisek
