I have been able to install an AppleScript Address Book plugin to the ~Library/Application
Scripts/com.apple.AddressBook
When I try to install my Automator workflow “file” into ~Library/Services nothing is installed and there is no error.
The AppleScript is a single file but the workflow is a bundle but other than that my PackageMaker parameters look correct to me.
Is there a trick for this?
