Deleting email addresses

Hello,

I have a email mailing list of approximately 10,000 individuals (clients and non-clients) with how I have dealt with over the past 10 years.
Ones every 6 months I send out an Email to all of them using “MaxBulk Mailer”. This will result that people have moved on or retired, so I get the Mail Delivery Failure message, the can run in the hundreds.

I am hoping to use Automator to:
1) retrieve the email address from the notice,
2) then go to MaxBulk Mailer, find that email in its list and delete it,
3) return to my mail and delete the Failure message,
4) go to the next failure message and repeat the process.

Is that possible?
Anyone, this would be great if anyone could show me how I can do this.
