Automator 2.10 on macOS 10.5.4 – is it dead, Jim?

Howdy mighty Automator Powerusers,
i am a nimble Automator n00b digging into Automator to automate NOTES to export
certain NOTES with a certain TAG into a folder to be used bei „The Archive“ (a
Zettelkasten).

My question:

Is there a library of Notes action somewhere?
I could not find a Notes entry in the library of Automator. I tried to drop the
Notes.app on the library, but it did not work.
In older Automator versions there seemed to be a PLUS-icon to add more actions.
…puzzled…

thanks!
Karsten
