Total Newbie Looking for Documentation on Bluetooth + T68i

Hi there,
I'm totally new to this bluetooth stuff, but am working on an app i'd
like to implement it for, and was wondering if you know where i'd best
be looking for documentation on things such as sending SMS messages via
the phone, showing incoming calls, etc. - i.e. the stuff the address
book does at the moment ;)
Also, is there a listing somewhere of what info in the phone can be
accessed and pulled into the computer? Specifically I'm using a T68i
Ericsson, Dlink Bluetooth adapter and Mac OSX 10.2.2.
