How to use OBEX to sync data w/Nokia 3650?

Does anyone have an idea were to look to set up iSync like data sync with any Symbian OS phone
in general or the Nokia 3650 in particular and use (Bluetooth) OBEX protocol!

We need to setup and develop a database sync scheme separate from iSync.

Any hint is highly appreciated, thanx
