BluetoothUI with Carbon

Hello, I'm working on a small carbon application where the Bluetooth API:s will be used.
I have tried to use the paring panel, but it will not work. I wonder if someone has done this before and can give me some guide lines.

I also wonder if it is able to use the the paired devices Mac OSX4s system preferences?
