RFCOMM channel events

After connecting to Nokia 3650 using Handsfree Audio Gateway profile i get the following RFCOMM channel events:
RFCOMM Event 0x017b6bf0 3
and after sending the AT command the response is
RFCOMM Event 0x017b6bf0 6

does anybody know know what eventType 3 and 6 codes mean?
