Jeffery,

Currently Apple does not support SCO connections in their Bluetooth implementation. So that's that. As far as developing a driver for your specific Bluetooth device, if it be USB or PCI based I still have not been able to find the documentation for that.

Maybe this is what you are asking and if so, maybe someone else has the answer. Because I've been looking for the same thing.

Thanks
Michael

I!&m newbie for Bluetooth developer in Mac OS X, I search the Bluetooth
document s on the Apple website and in the XCode help , I only could see the
document how to write a user mode application to communication with
Bluetooth device, If I want to write a bridge kernel mode driver that will
register to OS as another kind of device like speaker or microphone , So I
need to write a kernel mode driver to communicate with my Bluetooth dongle ,
Is it possible? Also why the Apple didn!&t release IOBluetooth framework!&s
source code in kernel? I cannot find it in Darwin project ! Any comment will
be appreciated
