My (bad) suggestion would be:
Take your T630 and your old working T610 and scan these with GSM Remote's AT
Scanner and this GSM/UMTS Script: http://www.traud.de/gsm/scan.htm
Then take a text editor which gives you the diffs (i.e. Pepper X etc.) and
change these commands back to the T610 value. Could be a lot of work...
