Christian,

There are two companies that make single chip solutions for Bluetooth. My
definition of single IC means RF + baseband + controller is one IC. Both CSR
(Cambridge Silicon Radio) and Broadcomm have single chip solutions for
Bluetooth. Look at http://www.csr.com/products/icfamily.htm for family of
ICs from CSR and
http://www.broadcom.com/products/product.php?product_id=BCM2033 for
Broadcom.

Regards,

Paul Davis
