how to know if this computer is BT enabled ?

hi !

i'm creating a BT enabled application and i need to disable most controls if the machine is not BT enabled (has no internal BT dongle or USB dongle...)

is there a *simple* API to know that ? i would prefer avoiding using low level stuff... my only idea is to look for a device called "cu.Bluetooth-Modem" in /dev/ but i find it too hacky...
