Without knowing it: I doubt it and it would surprise me, since it heavily depends on the netgraph framework and ioctl() with is replaced by the IOKit framework in MacOS X.

Why do you ask us? The easiest way would be to search the FreeBSD website, then you would find the chapter "Obtaining FreeBSD" in the handbook: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors.html

Probably, the easiest method for you is CVS:
