Installing Bluetooth 1.5.1. from 10.3.6 and re-installing Bluetooth-SDK 1.5.1 helped me out for the moment.

When will we get an updated SDK ?

The Apple Bluetooth SDK 1.5.3 but this is *not* online yet:
https://developer.apple.com/sdk/#Bluetooth
Apple has updated the IOBluetooth package to 1.5.3 in Mac OS X v10.3.8.
