I am using posix open/close read/write on a bluetooth device that creates a serial port. When my App quits, it closes the port (performing a drain first). If I re-launch my App within about 15 seconds, the open fails with the error "Device Busy". If I wait more than 15 seconds, then launch, everything is fine.
 
Is there anything in the MacOS bluetooth stack that holds onto the port after I close it? I have no pending I/O to the port when I close it. Is it likely that the device is holding onto the connection?
