Hi,
I currently developping an application in C and Objection C (mixed) on Mac
OS X 10.4.7 with IOBluetooth framework of SDK 1.4.u
I am able to go to the process of creating a instance and get data from the
Bluetooth serial device. I am capable of doing the same for a second and
third. Everything works fine. When I try to connect to 4th instance ... I
sometime manage to connect and pair but eventually one of the three initally
connected and paired is kicked out : I get
kIOBluetoothRFCOMMChannelTerminateEvent (obviously one of the connection is
closed). (All this is handled in the same application).
I noticed in the archives that one user was having problems connecting six
instances or 7 (the max is 7 obvioulsy)... But in my case, I cannot go
further than 3. Most of the time, I get an error on calling
IOBluetoothDeviceOpenConnection(...);
Am I missing something here ?
Also, does it still hold true that only one Bluetooth USB dongle is
supported by OS X ?
Thx
Christian Martin
