Turns out that this event is unrelated to my problem. If you reinsert the toshiba dongle, the problem goes away for 2 connections. Those 2 successful connection also give the ControlSignalsChanged event, so I think it's unrelated.
Please ignore, although I am curious about this event...

We're finding that the Toshiba BT Stack on the PC is different than many others.
One thing that puzzles me: When communicating with the Toshiba stack I get an event in my callback that I don't see from any other bt stack:
kIOBluetoothRFCOMMChannelEventTypeControlSignalsChanged
According the header file this comes from:
kIOBluetoothRFCOMMChannelEventTypeControlSignalsChanged: signals (like DTR, CTR) changed. (not yet supported)
Does anyone know what this means or what it implies trying to communicate with this device???
