BLE Tx data rate of iPhone4S

Hi everybody.

I am working on TX data using iPhone4S. It seems to me that TX data rate of iPhone4S is slow.

Please help me:

- Is it true that TX data rate limitation on iphone4S?

- Is there any appnote on how to write a profile for higher TX data rate?
