PacketLogger broken after update to OS X 10.6.8

Hi all

I just realized that PacketLogger doesn't work on two of my systems, both with the OS X 10.6.8 update installed, one only uses as media player, so I conclude that the update broke PacketLogger Version 2.2 (2.2f18). Is there a new version/installer somewhere that brings it back? Some new Xcode?
