SDP plist parsing

I seem to be having trouble with IOBluetoothAddServiceDict() not parsing plists contain boolean values correctly.  I see where this particular bug has been documented before (http://lists.apple.com/archives/bluetooth-dev/2010/Jul/msg00002.html) but a suggestion on how to work around it is not provided.  Anyone have any ideas?
