Central manager behaves inconsistently on Mac issue

  • Subject: Central manager behaves inconsistently on Mac issue

Hi all,

This is a new issue but easy to reproduce. I use an iPhone as
peripheral and the Mac as central. The central is always able to
discover and connect to the phone. But if the phone has not been
connected before and discover services is invoked in the didConnect
callback, then it is highly probable that no services will be
discovered at all. Actually, the whole session ends with an automatic
didDisconnect callback, even though the connection is not cancelled.

Then if I wait a few seconds and repeat, then the service discovery
correctly returns all services and characteristics, and the
didDisconnect is not called by the framework.

Is this normal operation?

Best regards,
Andras
