iPhone 4S / iOS 5.1

I am attempting to pair the iPhone with only the nearest peripheral. Problem is it connects to all peripherals that it finds.

When disconnecting a device using cancelPeripheralConnection: or device goes out of range, the peripheral won't reconnect to the same iPhone using connectPeripheral:options:

Also, can't get the app to store the bonding information from the peripheral. The goal is to only have the peripheral connect to only 1 iPhone.
