About BLE connection parameter

Hi,
When my perihpreal is enabled automatic parameter update request, iphone can not connect to peripheral successfully
The connection stop at discovering services (I use NSLog to monitor the events).
       But when I connect my peripheral to CC2540 USB dongle from TI, it is successful.
The parameter is as follow:
Minimum connection interval     100ms
Maximum connection interval    1s
Slave latency                                  0
Supervision timeout                      5s
I think the connection parameters are conformed to the connection parameters in the Bluetooth Accessory Design Guidelines for Apple Products.  Is it right?
In where I go wrong?
