This is an internal error and we are very interested in reproducing this. Can I ask you to file a bug report at bugreport.apple.com and we'll take a look at it.

we suspect there is actually a problem on the peripheral side, but wan to know as much information about what situations causes ios 5.1 to actually report this ERROR....
