Changing pair passkey

Hi,

when I use my app to change pair passkey. Then disconnect and reconnect the BLE device, the passkey does not updata by my iphoe,

until I cancel the device in settings>general>bluetooth. Is there any way to do the same operation by programming in Xcode? Could I disable

bluetooth device lists in the settings>general? What's the relationship between the settings bluetooth app add the user's app?
