connecting a BLE device problem

Hi,  in short, I created a button to make a connection to a BLE device. If the BLE device advertizing timeout and I press the connection button. of course, the connection can not establish. After a shot time, if I make the BLE device in advertizing, the connection automatically establish without a button pressing.
Is it correct? sorry for my poor English!
