Hi,
If you use the BT LE features, you not need the authentication chip (corebluetooth framework) but if you use the traditional BT 2.1 i.e. For audio streaming, or other, I understand that nothing it's changed from the past, so you need it.

Hello,

With the new iOS and the new iPhones, will there still be a need for the authentication chip? Where can I find information regarding the above?

Thanks,

Ran
