Connected Peripheral has zero services

  • Subject: Connected Peripheral has zero services

Hi all,

I'm having a strange issue connecting two iDevices.

Both devices have an identical profile: one service with one characteristic. The UIDs of both service and characteristic are the same on each device.

Occasionally, one device will try to connect to the other and discover there are no services on the peripheral. This happens usually after the device has disconnected and is now reconnecting. Once the devices are in this state, restarting the app has no effect, and both phones must be rebooted.

Does anyone have any idea what this issue could be?

Thanks a lot!

Gareth MacLeod
