Problems about ANCS

Hi, all
I am developing something based on ANCS with an embeded device(Quintic 9020).
In the GAP level, the device acts as a peripheral. it advertises data at first, after be connected by ios-device, it will initiate a bond-procedure. But now, I cann't find my device in ios bluetooth setting list, I must use other software to complete the connect and bond procedure. It's said that "you don't need to write any ios code to take advantage of ANCS",and I do add "Service Solicitation" part in the advertising data. (http://blog.punchthrough.com/post/63658238857/the-apple-notification-center-service-or-wtf-is)
After bonded,  the device can discover ANCS service and characteristics on ios. In the ANCS document, it's said that, one should "subscribe" characteristics of ANCS after connected. But I really can't understand what "subscribe" means. I tried to change "Client Characteristic Configuration", but the characteristic descriptor (UUID=0x2902) of Client Characteristic Configuration conn't be discovered.
Has anyone finished an ANCS related work?

Best Regards,
Mingyuan Yang
