Subject: Service Working on iOS
Simulator - Not on device (iPhone 5)
I have a straight forward service with 3
characteristics – everything works fine on the simulator and did work for
a while on the device. (iPhone 5 iOS 6.1)
However now only the simulator works – I am
using Dr. Kroll’s app (as a sanity check) and that is experiencing the
same problem; manages to connect, but then is unable to discover services,
which makes me think that the problem may exist within iOS/caching of
UUID’s ?
I have cycled BLE power (on the device), however the
problem persists. Does this sound familiar to anyone? And did you discover a
fix?
Thanks, Steve.
