Question about adding information in Advts

Hello,

I would like to add some state information of a peripheral to the Advertisement being sent out by that peripheral.
This would enable the device to not connect to the peripheral in order to get that state information.

I have added the state information to the advertisement. But do not seem to be able to read that from the iOS device.

Any ideas or thoughts on why that may be the case?
