Anybody coding the CC2540 for use with the iPhone?

| Is there anybody coding the CC2540 for use with the iPhone? I have created a project based on TI's SimpleBLEPeripheral project, however I'm stuck getting iOS to find it when specifying the UUID in 'scanForPeripheralsWithServices' If I leave this nil, I can find the hardware and find my Service based on it's UUID. It just doesn't seem to be broadcasting the UUID during discovery.
