CoreBluetooth cancelPeripheralConnection in background

Hi

In my app when it  enter background, after 10 minutes, fire
cancelPeripheralConnection to disconnect in background.
but, my BLE accessory can't got the disconnect event until my app go
back Foreground.

WHY? any suggest.
