We believe this issue has been addressed in iOS 7 beta 1 (11A4372q). Please verify with this release, and update your bug report with the results.

When this problem occurs, I saw CoreBluetooth[ERROR] XPC and BT was reset. The only way to get out that situation is to hard reset (or off/on) the device.
