Don,
just look at the header files. You can find them be expanding the CoreBluetooth.framework
after adding a reference to it in Xcode. Their contents is all the documentation you get at the moment.

It appears that the Core Bluetooth Framework Reference document has lost some class descriptions. The date on the document I just downloaded is 2011-10-12, which is pretty old given that there have been changes in the framework for iOS 6 which clearly
was released later than that. I recall that an earlier version included several classes that are not in this document – is there a current document available?
