didFailToConnectPeripheral not called with peripheral implementing rotating ble address

Hi ,

One iOS 8, I am implementing a central that scans for peripherals and presents the list in a tableview.

I see that I see multiple instances of the same peripheral(when the peripheral rotates it's address). This is as expected.

When the user connects to  the stale peripheral, the central manager delegate function is never invoked

[central_manager cancelPeripheralConnection:targetPeripheral];

Is there some other bootstrapping to do get this going or this is an issue ?
