There was another thread on here (earlier today) talking about (what sounds like) this issue. Apparently its fixed in 7.1b4.
I've found when I see it, that killing my app *and* cycling the bluetooth does fix the issue.

Another iPad (with 7.1b5) was able to connect to the accessory with no problem.

The accessory has a BlueGiga radio inside it.

Any ideas? Still bugs in 7.0 fixed in 7.1?
