Background App launch with State Restoration

Whenever our app is invoked with UIApplicationLaunchOptionsBluetoothCentralsKey the app gets suspended very very quickly in the background. The app seems to get a couple of turns of the main run loop and thats it. The app gets un-suspended if there is any other activity coming from the BLE side. The time given to the app is so short  that we can cannot complete any initialization of the app or the connection.

Is this a known issue,possible work-arounds ?
