with my iPhone 5s, 8.1.2, close all the apps, then power off the phone, then power on, test with my app, it has no issue to retrieve the peripheral with the uuid saved in the past. how do you do the test?

We tested with a couple of iPhone 5s/6/6 Plus and iPad Air, running 8.1.2/8.1.3.  

Most of them got different UUIDs after first restart.   Some of them got the same UUID after first restart.  But if we restart them one more time, different UUIDs will be returned. 

The only exception is iPhone 6 Plus (64GB, MGAK2ZP/A).  We can get the same UUIDs on 8.1.2/8.1.3 even after 3 restarts.
