Hi

As Bluetooth is a standardized technology, you can find all specifications here: https://www.bluetooth.org/en-us/specification/adopted-specifications

On iOS, most communication is done by the OS. For a headset, it will be active once the user connects to it via the Bluetooth preferences. There are no public APIs for that.
