Number of nortification bluetooth on iOS 8.2

Hi everybody, I develop an application connect iPhone with my module bluetooth.This module send 256 nortification/seconds and 20 bytes/nortification. My app work well on iOS 8.1 .But with iOS 8.2 ,my app is only received 156 nortification/seconds.So, are there any change on iOS 8.2 with core bluetooth ?
