Hi Mumen, what BLE device are you trying to connect to?  Are you certain that it is a connectable BLE device? It seems from the error #2 that the Write property of the BLE peripheral you are trying to connect to is not present. This would indicate that you are perhaps assuming the device have GATT characteristics that are not in fact available. Error #1 would make sense if that BLE device was not connectable (broadcaster only). 

As for #3, it's ok to keep scanning for new peripherals while trying connecting to one. Just keep in mind that there's an upper bound to how many peripherals your Central devices can connect to concurrently. It ranges based on the processing power of each product... 3-4 on the low end (iPhone4) and up from there.
