retrievePeripheralsWithIdentifiers faulty on iOS 10?

So in my code I'm saving a peripheral identifier into memory (after selecting it and pairing from within my app).

Before iOS 10, I could then call CBCentralManager's retrievePeripheralsWithIdentifiers with this saved identifier, and I would get in return the information for this peripheral.

But now it's not returning anything for me. Does anybody know if something changed or I need to bug it??
