Does anyone know the limit on the number of concurrent active connections between an iPhone with iOS 9 and peripheral Bluetooth LE devices?
I have been able to connect 8 Metawear RPro sensors (
https://mbientlab.com/docs/MbientLab_Brochure.pdf) and stream accelerometer data concurrently, but have run into issues on reconnecting these sensors to another phone. I get a log message that says I need to update the firmware on the device (but it is up to date).
Trying to figure out if this is an issue with the sensors, or if I am hitting a limit on the number of concurrent connections that is manifesting itself with this log message. I will be checking with MBientLabs too, but wanted to see if anyone else knows the device limit?
