Hi,
I understand that there are conditions that iOS Bluetooth State Restoration
won't relaunch an app which is forced closed by the user. My question is
that
after it is forced closed, the app is relaunched into background by a
user action
on scheduled local notification, under this condition it seems the app's
central manager
still can not get any state update or connect back to known peripherals.
Is this
a limitation of current system or any other suggestion?
I am using the latest Xcode 10.1 and have tested on several devices with
the latest
iOS version 12.1.4.
