Hi, Zsombor
+1.
Had a rather similar idea back in 2014 when I was still in college for my
networking course semester project. Made a simple app using BLE 4.0 on swift
2.1 (I think? Forgot) that’s able to do P2P or broadcasting relying on device
to device message relay. Connection network topology was defined as a tree
instead of a cyclic graph due to the limited number of BLE connections allowed
in iOS under high density devices circumstances. Later I learned that BLE 5
started to support mesh network. I don’t know how similar it is towards what
we’re trying to do here but I’d love to learn more. Unfortunately for my
project I wasn’t able to refine it further.
But with that said. I’d love to learn about how Berkanan SDK is structured and
designed and possibly contribute to it. Nice work!
Sincerely,
Dee
